Complex and intense nose with citrus, beeswax, honey and floral notes. Just off-dry, medium acidity, body and alcohol. Long well-rounded finish. Delicious wine now but will improve further.

Well balanced, beautiful structure, long long taste, a hint of sweetness and a lot of citrus flavors. First served with cured grilled salmon, herby lentils and a few hours later with truffle filled brie.
