N: Citrus, minerally, salty rocks, a hint of nuts/butter. P: Minerally, very little fruit. Some citrus fruits, but not much. Decent acidity carries this wine through. Decent wine with (buttery) seafood, a bit too minerally without food.

Nose of lemons, exotic citrus fruits, minerals and just a hint of butterscotch. On the palate this medium bodied sauvignon blanc has lemon tart, pineapple, bitter star fruit, and yellow grapefruit, balanced by stony minerals and some quinine. Paired very well with shrimp scampi. Nice find from Bond St.

Light straw yellow colour. Black currant leaves and goose berries on the nose. Taste of goose berries with hints of herbs. Dry, but still fruity.
