Rich and honied, pear lined with hazelnut, nice length. Delicious, but is the nutty nose just development, or sign of oxidation appearing? I’m going to be optimistic and go for former. B+/A-

The nose was savory with a mix of pear, minerals, raw almond, olive and lime. It was initially rich on the palate, then boosted by brisk acidity which enlivened flavors of ripe pear, lime zest and yellow inner floral tones. It finished savory and long with a mix of wet stone, peach skins and a hint of walnut skins.

Pear, roastedalmond, hint of vanilla, good, but no need to hold. B+
