Belle interprétation de syrah de climat chaud. Pruneau et fruits noirs, avec une finale un peu viandeuse et poivrée tout de même. Texture un peu « soft » qui pourrait avoir un peu plus de tonus. Très facile à aimer. Les tannins sont très murs et doux.

Had my last bottle today. Still maintain that it has some Rhone wine features, more on the rich side. Chateauneuf du Pape? Smooth and long, dark berries, smoothed tannins. Had it with papet vaudois (which classically goes with white chasselas) and a rustic cheese plate. Too bad it was the last bottle!

Still fairly powerful, blackberry coco powder and some pepper. Good acidity and tannic grip. Quite enjoyable
