My last bottle of this wine. Continues to impress as per my previous comments. My guests at this tasting are not fans of big buttery Chards and found this style much to their liking. According to them the predominant aroma is apple and the predominant flavor is green apple. Letting it breathe an hour opens up the complex flavors.

Really in a good spot with good acidity and a nice citrus note. Trailed off towards the end of the night but quite pleasant.

Excellent French style Chardonnay. Not buttery. Not oaky. Lovely complex fruit aromas and flavors—apple and pineapple.
