  • “Mixed Bag of Burgundies”-Tasting, Wine 4 (non-blind), in October 2013. From half-bottle. The wine was medium ruby in colour and offered red fruit, cherry, raspberry, mushroom and underbrush on the nose. On the palate the wine showed cherry, raspberry and mushroom, paired with medium-level well integrated acidity, medium-level smooth but slightly bitter tannin and good length. An affordable, medium- to light-bodied, slightly bitter, balanced Pinot Noir with limited complexity. Delivered against its price. Drink now and over the next three to four years.
