  醒酒两个小时，淡宝石红，闻香有明显的皮革，肉鲜，熏肉，芝麻和梅果的香气，三级香气很明显，充分陈年的一款酒，入口酸度高，酒液咸，收口微甜，单宁紧致，颗粒细腻无比，熏肉，梅果，香料感，后段辛辣，余味是红果，香料和悠长的木质香气。状态出乎意料的好，充分陈年带来香气的复杂和变化，有一种野性的奔放的美，同时又保持了鲜活的状态，果味没有消散，表现力十足，处在适饮巅峰期，已经不能再继续陈年了，今天喝到它最好的表现，运气不错。

  Opens dry, a chalky, elegant for what is, still with a lively fruit. With food, the lack of acidity shines a bit through, vanilla sweetness lingers. Could live on, but I don't see an upside, really.

  Indeterminate colour; initially bright fruit, drifts towards savouriness; good structure & weight, fails to provide real interest. Fair length. A middling wine. Drink up.

  Another pack which I had neglected for years and for which I had low expectations.
  
  It’s now fully mature and it is surprisingly good.
  
  Vanilla, cherry & strawberries.
  
  Despite imperfect storage since purchase, there is no sign of age and, whilst not complex, was very enjoyable.
