  Purchased from winery on a trip to the finger lakes. Happened to find them at the Ithica Farmer's Market (which is amazing) and IMHO, Bloomer Creek is one of the top 3 producers in New York. Wild ferment, unflitered. So much body and character. Yet so light, almost apricot, in the glass. A nose of hyacinth, strawberry and rhubarb. After a couple hours re-corked in the fridge, an unmistakable apple note developed. Relatively soft in terms of acidity, but with very nice minerality to carry it thru. Finishes long and gracefully. Fantastic value; can't recommend this winery enough, especially for anyone with "natural" proclivities.
