Bright golden yellow. Nose a mix of mineral, vanilla, brioche, apple. Lemon. Palate mature, rounded, showing some acid lees mineral oak and lactic. Long finish. It’s better technically than the degree to which I like it.

What a difference a couple of years made on this wine. Pale lemon color, medium minus body, medium alcohol. Developing aromatics are more expressive than I remember with mineral salinity leading, followed by tart lemon and lime, unripe white peach, crisp pear, and crunch rock. All follow through on the palate showing some austerity in the mouth. Medium plus acidity supports a long finish. Not sure if I missed something two years ago, or this just needed some additional time; regardless, this is a very good wine right now.

Followed over 4 hours open. Young straw color with a bright shine. I am not a big lover of Chablis in general, but this is one of the few I’ve tried where I find a more distinct interpretation of the region. Such a nice mineral presence and vibrant charge in the body of the wine, adding a delicious and light cocktail of fruit along the edge of the palate. 5+11+17+7= 90

Enjoyed over two days with food. A bit disappointing given the provenance and the vineyard source. Tightly wound on Day 1, slightly more approachable on day 2. Lean and austere with lots of terroir infused oyster shell, saline, and chalk with a tinge of sour lime and tart white peach in the background. Shortish finish.

Some citrus and lemon curd. Wood in the background. Moderate depth and finish. Not the most complex but was still clean and vibrant.
