Good. I purchased this to have as an alternative wine to drink with traditional Swiss fondue in case we finished the one used for the cheese fondue itself. I found this to be actually the preferred wine: very refreshing, not too sweet, with some uncommon structure for a lower-priced Alsatian Riesling. I would buy this again - and it is a nice pairing with fondue or rich cheese things.

Nose is clean and fruity and it carries through in the mouth and then the tannin takes over. Long cloying tannic exit. Did not have with food and I passed on buying any.

Alsace Dirty Dozen (K&L Wines, San Francisco): High toned, floral aromatics. Light and dry with good earthiness. Although it is a blend, today it was all Muscat. Would be a nice apertif.

Spicy and prickly on the palate. works at $15 or so even if it could use more drama.
