fullish body. rich mouth coating black cherry, menthol, smoked meats, and sweet mint. charcoally/chalky minerality. chewy dry tannins but everything is well integrated.
very cohesive and well put together toro. the cool black fruit, hints of smoke, and dark dense palate make this an excellent red meat/barbecue wine. if you like inky spanish grenache, you will like this.

After an hour of popping the core, the fruitiness, roundness, and deliciousness(?) really started to come through. Typical Toro in a good way - this wine has great QPR! This has a firm yet delicate mouth feel. It's a winner!

Fascinating wine. Tons of different tastes. Apparently most Toros are Tempranillo, but I'd never have guessed it. It explodes in all directions. Pretty sure there was mint in there. Would love to find again.

The longer this is open, the less it changes, in a good way. Screaming out of the bottle and solid after. Instant Pleasure.

Very nice mouthfeel. This wine has a future. A bit of alcohol on the finish
