  Very much the same notes as the bltes 4 years ago. However the green apples aren’t there anymore. Now it’s more ripe yellow fruit.
  
  Still a wonderful wine that still has a few years left on a high.

  Lovely silvaner. Tropical on the nose with hints of green apples. Quite full in the mouth and the 14% alcolhol is so well integrated that you don’t even notice it (until you stand up ��).
  Not as sharp on the acidity as a riesling.
  Paired beutifully to the home made wienerschnitzel.
