Casanova di Neri dinner (Ai Fiori (Langham Hotel on 5th Ave)): Easy, fairly standard bubbles. It was poured from magnum and was a nice start to the meal, but wasn't something that jumped out of the glass at me. What I did find surprising is bubbles really disappeared over the course of the night so it was flat after <1 hour in the glass. Really drank this as part of the cocktail reception before but didn't want to add an extra flight just for that.
