  I love Cabernet Franc. Earthy, pipe tobacco, dark fruits, stems, bright red fruit, smooth, deep, concentrated, a bunch of green pepper, veggies and herbs up your nose. Medium to full on the palate, mineral, good tannin beginning to go powdery, enters light but builds in intensity and concentration. Long finish. A good balanced sweetness underlying all of it. Really good stuff. For old school Bordeaux lovers. Open now with an hour decant and good for another 7 years.
