  Appearance: clear, deep ruby with a purple rim, clear legs evident
  Nose: clean, medium(+) intensity, black fruits, some savoury and spice notes, liquorice, developing
  Palate: dry, medium acidity, medium(+) tannins, full body, medium intensity, black fruits, savoury and spice notes, liquorice, medium(+) finish. Medium alcohol (13.5%)
  Overall: Ok balance; reasonable length finish, reasonable intensity, reasonable complexity.
  Conclusion: ACCEPTABLE/GOOD; drink now - not suitable for ageing; MID priced (£ 7.99)
