just ok. a bit of heat and oak coming through. a bit disjointed. the semillion and sauv blanc don't seem integrated. hoping for more from this producer.

Cotton, honeydew, citrus, white flowers on the nose. Medium minus body, Green hay in color. Feel is slightly round and waxy - semillon showing itself. Aromas emerge more fully with decanting or a little air exposure. Lemon curd finish along with lightly honeyed beeswax - honeysuckle is a good descriptor. Acidity isn't overpowering like a similar blend from Bordeaux may be; really interested to see how this develops over the next five years. I'll buy a few more and continue to revisit. For now, pair with seafood or Brie.

Pale colored and with medium aromatic intensity of white fleshed fruit and some floral notes, with the first sip my mind went to an Alsace Pinot Gris. On the palate it's round without any edges or greeness but seems to lack somewhat in acidity. Seemed good but rather innoquous. With time it opened up and notes of good quality creamy oak became more evident. A nice wine.

Medium straw yellow. Nose reminiscent more of an Alsace pinot gris than a white Bordeaux. Ripe pear, florality and scents of honey on the nose. Medium-bodied with ripeness and low acidity. Satisfying length.
