Served blind, I couldn't recognize this as a Chablis, even after the reveal. I don't pick up the citrus, saline, brine, etc. much more pear with a hint of butterscotch. I like it as an excellent regional Borgogne blanc

Very nice. Slow oxed for 2 hrs. Nice aromas of tart apples and minerals. Palate follows with a bit of grapefruit pith finish. Nice minerals and acidity. Decent depth. Very enjoyable with shrimp and tomato dish at the Lums. Nice value.

Minimal aromas, some Chablis character, but this bottle seemed a bit flat. Decent enough food wine. NFS

Pale yellow gold. Light lemon, pear flavors with a fair amount of weight. Drinking fine enough now.
