  Very fruity just opened, with plenty of deliciously jucicy peaches, a touch of not overwhelming oak and good balance in mouth, with good acidity. Easy to drink while having some fat. Excellent with salmon. On day two it is a bit more flat and a bit tired so it is better to drink it on its just-opened deliciousness.
