Dry with medium+ acidity, some pear, strawberry and red apple on the nose, with lots of autolytic character. The autolytic notes of brioche/bread dough/biscuit become stronger on the palate, finish dominated by yogurt and cream, lively mousse. Tasted as part of a sparkling wine comparison.

Like most champagnes, for my palate this needs to be open a while and not too cold. Then it's a very decent rosé fizz, although not up there with Grand Crus etc, so it gets 88 and solidly "very good".
There are nice tart fruits (unripe strawberries), but not a lot of complexity or length. I also find it a little more acidic and gassy than I prefer.
I'll be sticking with the Lallier Grand Cru Rosé as my "house" pink fizz.

This champagne with a rose color has an intense aroma of red berries. Its mouth is smooth and delicate, this fresh champagne is perfect for the aperitif.
