Paired with small birds for Christmas dinner, this bottle was recently "ex-chateau". Very soft, elegant and fully resolved. More about spice and texture than fruit. Spicebox / baking spices with gentle mulled cherry and strawberry flavors. There can't be much of this still out there, try soon. Tried alongside a '14 Panther Creek that was SO much "younger".

Pale garnet - black cherry, cola, strawberry syrup, faint pine. Medium acid, low tannins, 14% ABV, medium body, medium intensity, medium- finish. Shocked to find there were no tertiary elements at all. Really opened up nicely.

Dark ruby fruits (cherry & cranberry). Nose full of spice and cinnamon. Enjoyed with Thanksgiving dinner.
