  Bouquet of kirsch and a touch of garrigue. Tastes of kirsch plus a bit of plum and vanilla from the oak plus a bit of acid. Best a bit cooler than room temp due to somewhat elevated alcohol content. Probably a bit better in a year. Very attractive quality to price ratio.
