golden honey. not giving much up at first. I initially thought "mediocre, oh well" and placed it in the fridge. The next day a whole different story. This was a voluptuous muscat, layers of candied citrus fruits pear and melon with almond/vanilla and good acidity, the follow-through was simply breathtaking for such a cheap wine. My only complaint, if there is one was it was a little hot on the finish.

Wow. Wow. Wow. I could spend half on hour talking about this wine. Everytimes we went back to the glass something new came out. Orange and lemon zest, almond custard, Baked mangos and apples, pinapples, pears, nectarines, hazelnut cream, almond tarts...it was incredible. The mouthfeel was pure silk with a finish that went on for about two minutes and added all kinds of butterscotch to the pot. Just incredible.
