  • Paired perfectly a shrimp pasta with tomato and lemon sauce. Use coloured pasta from squid ink. Enhances the seafood characteristics of the meal.

As the pasta brings heaviness to the dish, the wine was perfect since it is little buttering and mature than other bourgogne appelations.

Like this very much. Very enjoyable now although can be kept another 5 years easily.

Visual: getting a dark yellow altough you see still bright pale chardonnays tons.
Smell: Mature white fruit, such aas peach or pear. Little toast. Little lemon.
Mouth: Great fruit. White mature again. Little honey and cinnamon. Correct Oak.
