Used primarily for cooking the braised beef short ribs today. I held back 1/2 glass to see if there might be some improvement from my last check-in back in 2020. As others have pointed out, most of the green notes have now resolved themselves. Actually quite nice at this juncture. Drink now .

Drinking well-ish...any green notes from younger days have resolved into something more mature, so it's showing some, but not a lot of secondary notes. A bit drying on the finish, but fine. I had hoped for more.

Dry; fruit is in recession, lots of secondary characteristics (e.g. pencil shavings) coming forward. The skeleton is stepping out, as it were. I love cabernets in this space. Great acid, persistent finish. I believe I have two more, but I see no reason to wait to drink them.

Ours aged well. Complex with pepper up front to graphite on the back. Long finish. One more left but will not hold much longer.
