  Mouth drying tannins upon opening but opened up nicely paired with cured duck breast and pecorino. Floral notes on nose with deep dark fruit and earthy wet slate on finish.

  Tasted at the winery. Just opened medium red, liquor rich nose, awesome fruit, oak, still quite young tannin evident especially in the finish.

  Opened all day and still very primary. Concentrated nose and palate of green tea, plum, truffle, sweet red fruit, and dried herbs. Lots of structure and dense tannins. Upward potential but needs 5 plus years.
