  A touch of rust color on the rim of this 10 year Barolo. Fairly closed nose opening from cellar temp. Nose opened to a smooth white flower cherry driven. Floral nose. Entry is particularly energetic with a strong flavour profile, tart and very tasty with a nice weight. Tannins come a bit early and drying. Strong finish with a bit of rosemary and spice and certainly wooden tannins. The late mouth and finish smoothed remarkably with decant time.

  Roses, violets, sour cherries, a streak of smoke and a bit of caramel left by the small oak barrels. Tannins are smooth and silky, well balanced with precise acidity and long taste lingering with the sour cherries. A great example of modern style barolo that is ready to grab!

  Opened to breathe, once again it took 2-3 h for this to reach its full potential, consistent with my previous notes. Delicious Barolo!

  Decanted and drank over 3 h. Last glass was the best so probably didn´t give it enough time. Will save my last bottle 5 years.
