Best bottle (Weindorf Kirchheim): Glass: Gabriel Standard Popped and poured, unfortunately drunk a bit too warm. Clear, very advanced garnet-tawny color. Indifferent, herbaceous nose. On the palate herbaceous, tart, high acidity. Hot and sharp and not only because it was served too warm. Very advanced and it seems past peak. Medium finish. 90

Dark ruby red. Crushed red berries, leather and well structured. The tannins are smooth and a Hint of spices comes through too. The wine is drinkable now with a good hour+ of decanting. It will hold for many years to come.

From 1L. Needs a day slow breathing before it settles and becomes already quite drinkable. But no need to hurry.
