  Un coup de coeur !
  Apparence jaune doré, bonne densité.
  Nez expressif, miel de centauré, pomme à cuisson (Cortland), fleur de trèfle.
  En bouche, l'attaque est dense, encore une fois miel de centaurée ou de fleurs sauvages, la pomme très mûre, une trame acidulée perce à travers ses saveurs capiteuses et maintient des expressions, on percoit de la tire brulée et du pépin, la persistance est assez longue. En aucun temps on est incomodé par l'alcool qui est tout de même à 15%, J'ai pris connaissance de ce fait plus tard, après la dégustation, j'avais peine à le croire car je suis habituellement sensible aux vins à haut titre d'alcool.
  Un excellent rapport QP.
  À racheter et maintenir en cave. Le millésime courant en succursale est maintenant le 2014. J'essaierai quelques bouteilles tôt et conservrai quelques bouteilles pour consommer dans environ 3 ans.
  Note: La dégustation s'est étirée sur 3 jours, le vin s'est très bien maintenue, conserver sous Vacuvin au frigo. J'ai pu comparer avec un Riesling d'entré de gamme mais environ au même prix et un Chardonnay californien à deux fois le prix du Jurancon.
