  I bought a case of this awhile back and have had 10 of the 12 bottles. I love this wine. A blend of tempranillo, cabernet sauvignon and Grenache, the dark berries and soft tannins are a wonderful match for food. This time it was a cheese ravioli topped with a five cheese marinara and sauteed shrimp. But I have had this wine with grilled beef, grilled fish and grilled lamb and all were good matches. We also had some dark chocolate raspberry truffles for dessert and guess what? Yep, a great match! This wine is mature but can live another 5 years easily. But why wait?
