  Decanted briefly. Intense, pure, sweet Oakville Cabernet, only five cases made, very special. On the palate this is a firehose of gorgeous cassis, black pepper, aggressive tannins, powdered sugar, long finish of currants, dates, and pepper. A wonderful treat to try and at its early peak I would think.

For our 2012 Premiere Napa Valley lot, PlumpJack Winery has married the strength of our estate's eastern I-Block with the grace of Beckstoffer To Kalon's western F1 block. Our oldest block at 22 years, I-Block exemplifies the raw power of Cabernet Sauvignon and comprises 50% of our offering.
