This Malbec, Cab and Tannat started out a little hot and overpowering, mostly due to pairing with chili. Not good. But after a while it smoothed out and had nice red fruit with a palatable spicy finish, somewhat Zin-ish. Although the chili was not a wise pairing, this was made for dark chocolate. Not the top of my list but willing to give it a second shot and be careful what I pair it with.

I didn't find it hot like some of the other reviews.

none of the heat of prior reviews, drank quit cold starting off but was just easy going deep dark fruit with a subtle dustiness

Showy chewy red fruit all over. Earthy nose, little vanilla and black licorice.
