Naturalish with some red floral on the nose. Lightly red fruited on the palate, lean, leathery, slight rusticity, drying, and slightly edgy on the finish.

Opened last night with grilled quail and rabbit sausage. Lovely mineral-inflected Gamay fruit with just enough Brett to give it a meaty finish. Medium-weight and food-friendly. I'm sure that it'll last for years more, but it's drinking really well now.

Full of explosive cranberry spice, almost like a really good Saint Joseph. Or maybe just a really good regnie. Does of drive on the palate, almost to the point of sparkles.

Typical Breton style-slightly cloudy, delicate red fruit, floral tones and good acidity. Good Gamay slightly on the green, underripe side.
