A pretty solid bottle for the price, nice toasty sweet smell, and smooth finish. Nothing super special, but well worth the $10 price and nice with some BBQ.

Primary fragrance was blackberry. The next note that I got was what I would like to call "locker room" (but in a good way . . . kind of a "clean sweat"). These fragrances were rounded out with fruit candy, spice, and a little roasted coffee. The flavor showed lots of fruit, but certainly not a fruit bomb, with an oaky finish. This was not an overly complex effort and it was quite pleasant. There may be a little too much oak on the finish for my personal tastes, but I thought this was a good "Tuesday Night" wine . . . as long as you find it for under $15.

Syrah-cab blend. Disjointed and volatile, with noticeable tang, my wife and I nonetheless enjoyed it. Unsubtle zinfandel-like bramble, moderate tannins, we're talking a party animal of a wine. An excellent value. Very Good.

Pretty good wine. A hint of orange on the nose but I can’t really taste the orange much. I do taste a little spice, oak, some black cherry and blackberry and it finishes with a bit of pistachio and chocolate. The finish is short but nice.

Fruity and drinkable, but nothing to write home about, or even to write much of a note about.
