01 Alsace and 11 Red Burgundy for work crowd (Home): Obviously lighter and sweeter than the Alsace trio. Quick tasting sip so not noted in depth, but seemed to have everything in place. Mid sweetness, good acidity and a frefreshing finish. ****

Mid straw. Complex nose with fruit stone, something tropical, and a squeeze of lemon and a whiff of kerosine. Rich on the attack, ripe fruit with plenty of stuffing through the mid-palate and then a lovely freshness and line through the pretty long finish. Proper weight and zip. Lovely. As with the previous bottle, easy to drink, but lots here. ****

Medium yellow-gold in the glass. Nose on the light side: fruity, sweetness, bit of petrol. Fairly sweet in the mouth, good but not overwhelming acidity, medium body. Agave nectar, ripe apricot and tropical fruits, minerals. Great length; finish of swirling sweetnesses balanced nicely by tart acidity and minerality. This is very nice.

Quite disappointing - seems well past it's prime now, sweet and flabby with little remaining structure.
