  A few years in the cellar have done this good. Full of cool climate syrah aromatics, but bolstered by at 14.1% ABV that adds body without heat. In a great place.

  Like sticking your nose in a jar of black olives at the same time as snorting some black pepper, and add to that some cherry and leather. Same on the palate. The dominant olive nose/taste makes the wine very special but unfortunately the pepper (= alcohol) ruins it, "only" 14.1% but I would have guessed 16+..... Still giving it 90 p, would have been higher with lower alcohol. Quite high acidity and potential for improvement, have 3 more and will open next one in 2016.

  A bit funky on the nose, but gains momentum with air, Quite long and complex, tasty!
