  30% MOUR 25% SYR 20% GR 15% CINS 10% CAR soit un assemblage bien représentatif de cette appellation terrasses du Larzac dont cet échantillon est franchement un digne représentant.Décanté 1h30 avant consommation il s'est montré à la hauteur des attentes.Bouquet très complexe de fruits noirs(cassis,mûre sauvage),de garrigue,d'épices (thym,origan)de cuir de café dans un bon déploiement sans plus.La bouche est d'une belle élégance et est réellement à maturité.Trame très correcte et longueur normale de 7 caudalies.Une bien belle quille,hélas ma dernière

  Dark, spicy, dried cherry and playdough nose. Medium full with acidity showing slightly out on the finish. This comes off a little warm, but I think it is due to slightly elevated VA rather than alcohol. Medium length with tightly knit but moderate tannins.
