Annorlunda men absolut gott.

Fat, wide diesel aromas and some "unusual" traits as well. In the mouth, the acids are strong and with good overall balance. There are some fascinating aromas here that are difficult to label other than as some kind of surprises supplied by time.
A very exciting wine! Faaar from the Mosel expression, and that's perfectly fine.
I like this one, just a tad over priced for what's in the btl, but rather attractively priced for a wine this age. Quite an honor to have had this one.

FW-BYOB-HT#1: ¤FW - Tasted blind. Much more alive and kicking than I would have thought. Unmistakeably mature Riesling on the nose. Petrol station, London Underground, slightly citrus flowery and some apples and pears. Round, just a tad off dry fruit with good fresh acidity and good length. Even though I wouldn't recommend decanting old wines in advance (as they suggest on the back label) this survived the night in the fridge very well.

BYOB with wines 30+ years (Sollentuna): Floral (jasmine), moth balls, spicy, with quite some heft to it. Was better after some more air.
