Red bricks with a tinge of bronze cabernet. The initial aroma presents ripe grape and raisin-caramel. Slowly, it opens up revealing sweet plum with a subtle dark chocolate. Less structure on palate, with mild plum flavour, and it took about 2hrs to really intensify. Low to medium body. I would prefer the Yering Station Pinot Noir.
