PnP. Extremely linear on first pour. Meyer lemon, honey finish, but overwhelming acid. Recorked for 90 minutes and it was much more open with the typical lovely soft mousse. Would have preferred to give it more like 3 hours, but brunch was waiting.

Still relatively tight, but rich and deep. A nose of chalk, citrus, bread and biscuit. Great flavour intensity and drive. Creamy and fine, finishes with beautiful acidity and is super long. Will unfurl into something very special with time.

Boston Wine & Poker, Brookline, NH: Tasted blind. I guess I'm not worthy. The high acidity and the light body had me guessing that this was a sparkling Chenin.

Offene Nase, reiffruchtig, mit deutlichem Hefeton, mürber Apfel, reife Zitrusfrüchte, nussige Noten. Im Gaumen druckvoll, straff, sehr gut strukturiert, top Balance, feine, nachhaltige Perlage, grosse Länge, salzig im Finale. Grosses Schaumwein-Kino, grosse Reserven.
