From half-litre, as these bottles are wont to be. Savoury and saline, with a sappy orchard fruit flavour that is mouthwateringly delicious. There are some slight oxidative tones on the fruit here, but they actually serve the wine quite nicely and add a roundness and complexity. Dare I say it, but there are elements here that remind me of some of Labet's chardonnays.

From half-litre. Yep, pretty much as I remember it. It's bone dry, but with awesome salinity, minerality, and acidity. Light on its feet, but there's definitely plenty of concentration and density here. There's a good kick of sweet citrus here that helps round out the overall impression of the wine. I'm not sure I've picked up much evolution on this since I last had it.

Saline, mineral, and driven. This is absolutely killer stuff. There's a slight bit of hay on the nose, as well as some demure yellow fruits. A hint waxy, with a touch of lemon oil on the nose as well. The palate is fairly saline, and the fruit isn't immediately obvious. But there's depth and intensity here that's really outstanding. The acidic drive and expansiveness are the things that make this wine as excellent as it is.

Off bottle; weird chemically flavour on the palate.
