Vertical party. Murky, dark color. Slightly sour, candy grape aroma. A bit lean with muted fruit and soft oak. Weak sauce compared to the opulent '02. Unremarkable but competently made.

Another incredible Barlow wine - consistently creates one of the tastiest red's - drank 1/2 on the 13th, 1/2 on 14th - much better on the second day.

Consistent wine. Heat has dissipated and replaced with cedar notes on the finish.

Nice fruit profile of black rasberries and red currant. A touch of heat on the finish detracted from the expereince just a tad. Overall a nice wine.
