Fruit bomb style with lots vanilla oak, modest but decent color. Since I last tasted this wine it has evolved and softened a bit but is still a bit tannic and over oaky, at least the slight residual sugar has faded into the background. Overall a drinkable, commercial red and a reasonable value if you pay around $12 or less.

Despite being alcoholic (14.8%), having tons of vanilla oak, and being slightly sweet this is a decent red. Not elegant nor complex, wish they would ease up on the French oak % and added tannins and work on elevating the wine and softening the tannin structure.
