Served vis-vis wines with much grander pedigree, this burts out of the glass and really stands its ground, it's tight, cool, dens, mineral, speaks of the land in a very cool way. Mature, but in no way on it's way down ...t he positive surprise of the day. #withPB

The color pale brown, soft tannins and acids, nose and taste was over developed with toasted rye bread, moulder leaves, wet soil and a punch of Pedro Ximenez.

Brown color. Coca-Cola, soy sauce and leather on the nose. Over the hill. Fresher in the mouth than what one would have guessed from the nose. Quite a lot of tannins still present. Definately over the hill for this bottle. Haven't been stored properly.
