  The first thing that hit me was a deep aroma of cranberries, with an undertone of mushrooms and a hint of citrus. I feel this is a decent wine. But the taste and texture left me wanting more. It didn't love up to the nose.

  Smooth and subtle describe this wine. Hints of sage, mint, and cigar ash. Medium body with well integrated, soft tannins. Light mid-palette, but a nice finish over 20 seconds. Drink it now because it won't last much longer.

  Beautiful, medium bodied, medium colored. No signs of age. Pop and pour, no signs of age in color or otherwise. Ready for business after about 5 minutes. Expressive nose from the get-go with briar, garrigue, earth and dust integrating with the fruity nose. Impeccably balanced, nice acidic thread running right through it, but beautiful fruit as well...perfectly in balance. Very long finish. My comment to my wife was "the best bottle in a year". Alas, it was best in the first 1/2 hour, score reflects that, would have been higher. No hurry, but don't know that this will get a lot better.
