  Intensely floral nose but very dry and fresh. In fact, dryness catches you a little by surprise after the nose. Very round, creamy mouthfeel, but slight hint of bitterness in the aftertaste. However, paired with a very spicy indian lentil (dal) dish and it was an amazing match! Perfect complement to the heat and aromatic spices: roundness and poly-alcohols really balanced the heat and the bitterness disappeared. Will be my go-to-wine for dal!
