Third Coravin taste revealing substantial developments of this wine over time. Amazing wine. Now dark colored, smell of Valpolicella, almost Amarone like. Acidity still prominent, tannins well integrated, smooth, great experience. Had it with Khachapouri, Georgian cheese pie. Will keep the remaining 50% dor the future. Brought this bottle home from Haro , after visiting the Cune winery.

Tried another Coravin sample. Color is darker than described before. Smell reminds me or dark fruit, reminiscent of Georgian Saperavi. Acidity still quite pronounced, tannins smooth. Had it with a cheese plate, Black Spider cheese from Sumiswald / Emmental / Switzerland. Will let it rest for another year to watch it evolve.

Tried with Coravin. Fruit foward smell, fruit candy, grenadine. Almost pink colour, light and fruity aromas, medium tannin. Some reductive notes? Feels very young, at 10 years of age. Will keep for another year, or two, and then give it a long decant.

Tasted blind. Warm, graham cracker nose with accompanying alcohol, grape soda, and blueberry syrup. This is pretty much echoed on the palate. Young, extroverted oak gives a warm flavor to the flamboyant fruit. Needs much more time.

Nice fruits and forest floor on the nose. A dark wine in color, but looks are deceptive here. Dry, not remotely sweet, dark berry but not heavy in the least. Pepper, good amount of acid and pucker. Dusty chalky tannins. (Like an aged Ridge Geyserville Zinfandel but thinner in a good way.) Very approachable now with minimum decant. Going back for two more.
