  Beautiful bottle of wine in fabulous nick. Smells of mirepoix, beef stock, smoke and compost. It is complete in the mouth with no hard edges and no oxidative notes. Vinous sweetness is countered by earthy tertiary development and it has great proportion and a sensual lacy texture. This is an ethereal wine that engages the drinker with every sniff and sip.
