  A great surprise.
  
  Not decanted, uncorked 2 hours in advance (opened the neck)
  
  Eyes: Garnet red with medium legs
  
  Nose: a mix of mature fruit, dark berries followed by tobaco and liqorice. Tertiary notes perfectly blending with evolved fruit scents.
  
  Mouth: Incredibly youthfull with a vivid acidity, well integrated tannins that are still present
  
  An elegant wine, well balanced and ideal with grilled red meat. A good life ahead!
  
  This wine is a heartbreaker... I have one left but I'm already tryinng to gather more.
