Tasting lunch. This was dark and brooding. I like the structure and freshness here despite the richness. Dark fruit, gingerbread dominate the aromas with earthy elements. Good but I prefer the Rayas style.

A bruiser - I think the high alcohol (15%) affects the balance of the wine here. On the palate the heat dominates, flavors are muddled and not clearly delineated. Fruit is very primary with prominent kirsch like flavors and aromas. I keep going back to the alcohol but hard to see this aging gracefully.

Dinner with DBY (Imperial Treasure Great World City): Beautiful red fruits, spice, some game, hint of barnyard, in prefect stage now velvety and elegant on the palate, med acid with long persistent finish

开瓶即饮,中宝石红色,闻香是话梅,泥土,灌木丛,梅果一类成熟果香,入口酸度高,酒液咸,矿物感清晰,单宁紧涩,有点糊嘴,颗粒很细腻,草本植物,红李子和梅果的香气,后段是融合的香料感,风格非常古典的一支酒,优雅而又深邃,余味是悠长的梅果味,香气爆棚。从开瓶起状态一直在爬升,刚开始香气有点闷,后面整体更加舒展,表现始终很平衡,很内敛,这还不是它完全绽放的时间,但今天的表现已经足够令人满足。
