  Decanted 3 hrs. This was pitch perfect, my favorite CA version of sangiovese of all. Smooth like velvet, plush mouth feel. Everything is "just right" : right amount and balance of fruit, tannins, acid, body, nose. More substantive but still approachable as a drink alone but steps up w italian pasta dishes, though might be lost in more heavy dishes.
